Emotional Intelligence Training: Stop Settling for Only Feel-Good Results

I am looking for information about emotional intelligence training is consistent. Often when I am concerned the training program and results are shared.

However, "results" are sharing that bother me. They like sign that the program participants are included, it was popular and the group began. It appears the end result was that participants were aware of their reactions.
